Abstract

A lot of concrete waste comes from failures in precast concrete factories, which in large quantities will cause new problems. The production of PT Adhimix concrete waste in one day on average ± 3 m3. And the gypsum production waste of PT Petrokimia Gresik is around 2.2 million tons per year. This test was carried out on the AC-BC mixture with the Marshall method, to determine the characteristics of the mixture between natural aggregates and concrete waste aggregates with the addition of gypsum filler. Obtained the Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) is 5.8%. The test results for gypsum filler and Portland cement were obtained at 12% : 88% of the total filler weight. The value of stability in the mixture with natural aggregate is 1597,461 kg and in the concrete waste mixture the result is 1452,237 kg. The IKS value obtained was 91,246% for natural aggregate, and 92,593% for concrete waste. Keywords: Marshall Test, Concrete Waste, Gypsum Filler, AC-BC Limbah beton banyak berasal dari kegagalan dalam pembuatan di pabrik beton pracetak, yang dalam jumlah banyak akan menimbulkan masalah baru. Produksi limbah beton PT.Adhimix dalam satu hari rata–rata ±3 m3. Dan limbah produksi gypsum PT Petrokimia Gresik, sekitar 2,2 juta ton per tahun. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada campuran AC-BC dengan metode Marshall, untuk mengetahui karakteristik campuran antara agregat alam dan agregat hasil limbah beton dengan penambahan filler gypsum. Didapat Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) sebesar 5.8%. Hasil pengujian filler gypsum dan semen Portland didapat sebesar 12% : 88% dari total berat Filler. Nilai stabilitas pada campuran dengan agregat alam hasilnya sebesar 1597.461 Kg dan pada campuran limbah beton hasilnya sebesar 1452.237 Kg. Nilai IKS yang didapat adalah 91.246% untuk agregat alam, dan 92.593% untuk limbah beton. Kata Kunci : Marshall Test, Limbah Beton, Filler Gypsum, AC-BC.
