Abstract

Electricity distribution system is one that has an important role in the distribution of electricity because it is connected directly with consumers, especially middle voltage and low voltage consumers. Then producing reliable electrical power is the most important requirement that must be fulfilled by PT. PLN so that electricity to consumers is always guaranteed. In meeting the needs of the level of reliability of electric power, aspects of the distribution of the load in each phase must be considered. Uneven distribution of load on low voltage networks will cause voltage drop, excess current in one phase and appearance of current in neutral conductor and unbalanced loading for each phase, then load balancing on low voltage networks is the solution taken. This analysis is carried out using data from the measurement of current and voltage and customer data as load sharing parameters. From the analysis results of calculations on the SP12 distribution substation in the low voltage network majors B obtained the percentage of load imbalance before load balancing of 29.67%, this is because the average loading at each phase is unbalanced that is IR = 62.5 ampere, IS = 126 ampere, IT = 148.5 ampere, while the average neutral current from the measurement IN = 76.5 ampere. This percentage has exceeded the criteria set by SNI PUIL 2011 by 10%. With load balancing, the percentage of load imbalance down to 5.33%, with an average loading in each phase, that is IR = 118 ampere, IS = 112 ampere, IT = 128 ampere, while the average neutral current from the measurement down to IN = 15 ampere. This percentage does not exceed the criteria set by SNI PUIL 2011. Keyword : Distribution System, Low Voltage Network, imbalance Load, Neutral Current Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu yang memiliki peranan penting dalam penyaluran listrik karena terhubung langsung dengan konsumen, terutama konsumen tegangan menengah maupun konsumen tegangan rendah. Maka penyediaan tenaga listrik yang andal merupakan syarat terpenting yang harus di penuhi oleh PT. PLN sehingga listrik ke konsumen selalu terjamin. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tingkat keandalan tenaga listrik tersebut, aspek pembagian beban pada masing-masing phasa harus di perhatikan. Pembagian beban yang tidak merata pada jaringan tegangan rendah akan menyebabkan drop tegangan, arus berlebih pada salah satu phasa dan munculnya arus pada penghantar netral serta tidak seimbang nya pembebanan untuk masing�masing phasa, maka penyeimbangan beban pada jaringan tegangan rendah merupakan solusi yang di ambil. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data hasil pengukuran arus dan tegangan serta data pelanggan sebagai parameter pembagian beban. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan pada gardu distribusi SP12 di jaringan tegangan rendah jurusan B di dapat prosentase ketidakseimbangan beban sebelum penyeimbangan beban sebesar 29,67%. Hal ini karena pembebanan rata-rata pada setiap phasa tidak seimbang yaitu IR = 62,5 ampere, IS = 126 ampere, IT = 148,5 ampere, Sedangkan rata-rata arus netral dari pengukuran IN = 76,5 ampere. Prosentase ini telah melebihi kriteria yang di tetapkan SNI PUIL 2011 sebesar 10%. Dengan dilakukannya penyeimbangan beban maka prosentase ketidakseimbangan beban turun menjadi 5,33%, dengan pembebanan rata-rata pada setiap phasa yaitu IR = 118 ampere, IS = 112 ampere, IT = 128 ampere, Sedangkan rata-rata arus netral dari pengukuran turun menjadi IN = 15 ampere. Prosentase ini tidak melebihi kriteria yang di tetapkan SNI PUIL 2011. Kata kunci : Sistem Distribusi, Jaringan Tegangan Rendah, Ketidakseimbangan Beban, Arus Netral.
