Abstract
Along with the times and patterns of human life that affect needs will be buildings that are widely used as housing, office centers, hospitality, entertainment venues, shopping centers and also health centers. With these developments the building must be able to facilitate the needs of parking lots in order to provide comfort to users or visitors of the building. In this case designing a building with a basement is the solution most often used to meet the needs of parking lots. The purpose of this final project is to plan the structure of the building with a basement with a reinforced concrete SRPMK structural system with the help of the ETABS program to determine the dimensions of the column (K1), main beam T (BIT), main beam L (BIL), thickness of the floor plate, roof plate , shear walls and know the need for structures to resist earthquake forces. The process of building structure analysis uses a two-stage analysis procedure. From the results of the planning of reinforced concrete structures carried out using the ETABS program, column dimensions (K1) 500x500 mm, dimensions of indul beam T 250 x 500 mm, dimensions of master beam L 350 x 500 mm, thickness of floor plates 150 mm, thickness of roof plates 120 mm , shear wall thickness of 350 mm. From the analysis results obtained the largest inter-floor deviation occurred on the third floor for the X and Y direction of 30,007 mm and 40,517 mm. Keywords: SRPMK, basement, two stage analysis, column, beam, floor plate, roof plate, shear wall Seiring perkembangan zaman dan pola hidup manusia yang mempengaruhi kebutuhan akan bangunan gedung yang banyak digunakan sebagai perumahan, pusat perkantoran, perhotelan, tempat hiburan, pusat pembelanjaan dan juga pusat kesehatan. Dengan perkembangan tersebut bangunan gedung harus bisa memfasilitasi kebutuhan lahan parkir guna memberi kenyamanan kepada pengguna atau pengunjung bangunan tersebut. Dalam hal ini mendesain bangunan dengan basement adalah solusi yang paling sering digunakan demi memenuhi kebutuhan lahan parkir. Adapun tujuan pada tugas akhir ini adalah merencanakan struktur gedung dengan basement dengan sistem struktur SRPMK beton bertulang dengan bantuan program ETABS untuk mengetahui dimensi kolom (K1), balok induk T (BIT), balok induk L (BIL), ketebalan pelat lantai, pelat atap, dinding geser serta mengetahui perlikau struktur dalam menahan gaya gempa. Proses analisis struktur gedung ini menggunakan prosedur analisis dua tahap. Dari hasil perencanaan struktur beton bertulang yang dilakukan menggunakan program ETABS di dapatkan dimensi kolom (K1) 500x500 mm, dimensi balok indul T 250 x 500 mm, dimensi balok induk L 350 x 500 mm, ketebalan pelat lantai 150 mm, ketebalan pelat atap 120 mm, ketebalan dinding geser 350 mm. Dari hasil analisis didapat simpangan antar lantai terbesar terjadi pada lantai tiga untuk arah X dan Y sebesar 30.007 mm dan 40.517 mm.
