Abstract

The latest new invented technology both in software engineering and CNC cutting machinary in recent years has open new dimension in the future of Self Sustained Knockdown Interlocking Joint System on modern flat pack furniture. Aside from its unique anatomy shape, this system offer easier and quicker knockdown method then today's conventional knockdown method using screws, nails and bolts. Among of other modern flat pack furniture using the similar system that has been tested, one found that there are still so many untapped potential that can be unraveled from this kind of system especially the great potential of its knockdown capability. Therefore based on these facts one is inventing new ways and unique of knockdown method by developing the current existing modern Self sustained knockdown interlocking joint system to maximise its effectiveness. This new invention will give easier knockdown method for spesific case in this case for standard modern work desk which is one of the most common used in today's home furniture.
