Abstract

Abstract this researches purpose is held to measure a dominant factor that affects their overall condition grade attainment equipment effectiveness ( oee ) on a track machine continuos durarome line ( drying ) and he knows measures improvement maintenance needs to be done to improve its value overalls equipment effectiveness ( oee ) on a track machine continuos durarome line ( drying ) .The research uses quantitative analysis deskriftif approach with their overall condition equipment effectiveness ( oee ) .The value of oee analysis uses the method in the six big losses ( sbl factor in finding loss and analysis of a diagram fish bone ) to find the root of the problem and make a recommendation for improvement .The analysis shows that the dominant factor that affects oee grade attainment on a drying that produces perfumery is of the breakdown of the breakdown of the fear of potential losses with the largest number of on a weighting and cooking .The root of the problem is the lubricity of bearing , a lack of a guide for weighting machine, The absence of smed and erp system in the repair process , and the lack of evaluation for every foreman Keywords: OEE, Six Big Losses, maintenance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pencapaian nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada jalur mesin Drying serta mengetahui langkah-langkah perbaikan maintenance yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pencapaian nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada jalur mesin Drying. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif dengan analisa Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Nilai OEE di analisa menggunakan Metode Six Big Losses (SBL) untuk menemukan factor kerugian dan analisa diagram fish bone untuk menemukan akar masalah dan membuat usulan untuk perbaikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pencapaian nilai OEE pada mesin Drying yang memproduksi flavors adalah breakdown loss dengan Breakdown paling banyak terjadi pada mesin weighting dan cooking. Akar masalah adalah pelumasan bearing, kurangnya panduan untukmesin weighting, tidak adanya sistem SMED dan ERP dalam perbaikan, serta kurangnya evaluasi bagi setiap foreman Kata kunci: OEE, Six Big Losses, maintenance
