Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in students of the Management study program at the University of Mercu Buana Jakarta. The population in this research is students of Mercu Buana University and the sample in this study amounted to 120 students. Method of sampling using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that entrepreneurship education, family environment, and self-efficacy have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial intentions. The entrepreneurship education has the most influence on entrepreneurship intentions, followed by family environment and self-efficacy. The entrepreneurship education, family environment and self-efficacy together influence 70.8% of entrepreneurial intentions, and the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in the study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa program studi ilmu Manajemen Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 mahasiswa. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap intensi berwirausaha, selanjutnya diikuti dengan variabel lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri. Pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 70,8% terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dan sisanya sebesar 29,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian.
