Abstract
This study reveals that there are three variables that aim to determine the effect of price and service quality on purchasing decisions on JNE expedition shipping services. Respondents in this study were people who had used the JNE expedition shipping service. This research was conducted on 115 respondents using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS statistical software tools. The results of this study indicate the price and quality of personal services have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on JNE expedition shipping services. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Purchase Decision, JNE Expedition. dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada layanan jasa pengiriman ekspedisi JNE. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang sudah menggunakan jasa pelayanan pengiriman ekspedisi JNE. Penlitian ini dilakukan terhadap 115 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu software statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan harga dan kualitas pelyanan Personal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa pengiriman ekspedisi JNE. Kata Kunci : Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Ekspedisi JNE.
