Abstract

PT. Telkom Access is a subsidiary of PT. Telkom Indonesia and incorporated in Telkom group which has the vision to become a world class access network service company, so many aspects to be considered during the development stage. In the process of development there is still a less efficient side because it has not been installed in an application. In the implementation there are various problems that occur such as the occurrence of duplication of customer data, and the lack of monitoring of the development order that causes slow in the handling of development and maintenance after construction is complete. With the aim of fixing existing malasah then need to be built a design application monitoring and validation data core device in the Internet service order FTTX with case study of PT. Telkom access in central Jakarta. Analysis and design of this information system based on the results of the interview needs with One of the users, team leader survey SDI, Observasi and review of the library resulted in the PIECES methods of the methods to identify the problems that are present in the system running, as well as using the UML method used to Draft the system Information that presents the user's solution. The development of this application uses prototype method because in the scope of the company so it can be updated at any time. The results of this study showed that this device's core data monitoring and validation plan could satisfy the user's satisfaction, as all the features needed at the time of the interview were in this draft. Telkom Indonesia dan tergabung dalam Telkom group yang memiliki visi menjadi perusahaan layanan jaringan akses kelas dunia, Sehingga banyak aspek yang harus diperhatikan ketika tahap pembangunan. Dalam proses pembangunan masih terdapat sisi yang kurang efisien karena belum tersistem dalam sebuah aplikasi. Dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi antara lain terjadinya duplikasi data pelanggan, dan kurangnya monitoring order pembangunan yang menyebabkan lambatnya dalam penanganan pembangunan maupun maintenance setelah pembangunan selesai. Dengan tujuan memperbaiki malasah yang ada Maka perlu dibuatkan sebuah rancangan aplikasi monitoring dan validasi data core perangkat pada order layanan internet FTTX dengan studi kasus PT. Telkom Akses di Jakarta Pusat. Analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi ini berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara kebutuhan dengan salah satu user yaitu team leader survey SDI, observasi dan tinjauan pustaka menghasilkan metode PIECES sebagai metode mengidentifikasi masalah yang terdapat pada sistem berjalan, serta menggunakan metode UML yang digunakan untuk merancangan sistem informasi yang menyajikan solusi kepada user. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototype karena dalam lingkup perusahaan sehingga dapat diupdate sewaktuwaktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan monitoring dan validasi data core perangkat ini dapat memenuhi kepuasan user, karena semua fitur yang dibutuhkan pada saat wawancara sudah terdapat dalam rancangan ini.
