Abstract
This research is to find out the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets to company value (PBV) in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. The selection of samples used in this research used a saturated sample method and obtained 6 companies as samples. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate methode is random effect. Partially it shows that only the current ratio variable has a negative and not significant effect meanwhile debt equity ratio and total asset turn over variable has a negative and significant effect and return on assets that have a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV). Keyword : company value, price book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on asset. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, dan return on asset terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 6 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel current ratio yang berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan sedangkan variabel debt equity ratio dan total asset turnover secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan serta return on asset yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata Kunci : nilai perusahaan, price book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover dan return on asset.
