Abstract
Based on the results of author’s observation at PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa where the large number of workers in the field of massage and many people like to get massage, the author make a website-based massage reservation model created so so customers and therapists from various places can be connected, share insights and information with each other by using private and public chat features, helping customers in selecting therapists that are appropriate to their needs, reducing booking cancellations that often occur due to obtaining inappropriate therapists the need because this website-based massage reservation model uses the FIFO algorithm where customers can choose their own therapists according to their needs and therapists get full income without any deductions or fees. The prototype software development method used in this study. Tests with multiple methods using blackbox and whitebox testing to make it easier to solve problems that arise Key words: online reservation massage, web based massage reservation, massage fifo, massage reservation with prototype Berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis pada PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa dimana banyaknya tenaga kerja di bidang pijat dan tidak sedikit orang yang suka pijat, penulis membuat model reservasi massage berbasis website agar pelanggan dan therapist dari berbagai tempat dapat terhubung, berbagi wawasan dan informasi satu sama lain dengan menggunakan fitur private dan public chat, membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan pemilihan therapist yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mengurangi pembatalan booking yang sering terjadi dikarenakan mendapatkan therapist secara acak yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan sebab model reservasi massage berbasis website ini menggunakan algoritma FIFO dimana pelanggan dapat memilih sendiri therapist yang ada sesuai kebutuhan serta therapist mendapatkan income penuh tanpa potongan atau biaya apapun. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yakni metode prototype. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode rangkap menggunakan blackbox dan whitebox testing agar mempermudah pemecahan masalah yang timbul.
