Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of Corporate Governance and Firm Value in the banking company in Indonesia Stock Exchange Indonesia (BEI). The Population in this research was banking companies in 2016-2017. The sample were taken by Purposive Sampling method. The result of this research indicated that corporate governance, which is represented by proportion of Independent Commissioners, Number of Audit Comimittees, and Quality of Audit has effect on Company Value. This indicated by the multiple linear regression equation of the company value. It is
