Abstract
In 2017 well-testing services there was a downtime of 2.55%, which could disrupt the oil and gas production process. The percentage of the company's target downtime is zero downtime. To solve this problem, an analysis is performed using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method and Fault Trees Analysis (FTA). the unit that became the object of research was a fluid separator unit (separator) and based on the highest frequency of damage the separator unit was selected, with components LCV, PCV, Daniel orifis, Barton, internal parts. The results of the application of the FTA method were obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires that caused the failure of the separator unit, namely the failure of LCV and Daniel orifis with failure probability of 0.3316 and 0.7334. For the highest probability of failure, the operator does not check the engine by 0.30, so it is recommended to conduct training for operators. While the results of the application of the RCM method are obtained by the choice of maintenance actions on the unit components consisting of; 2 Condition Directed (CD) categories, namely internal parts and bartons, and 3 categories of Time Directed (TD), namely LCV, PCV and Daniel Orifis. Based on the Time Directed (TD) category, the proposed interval is obtained for periodic component replacement to anticipate downtime. Keywords: Maintenance unit welltesting, RCM, FTA Pada tahun 2017 jasa welltesting unit terdapat downtime sebesar 2.55 %, sehingga dapat mengganggu proses produksi minyak dan gas. Persentase downtime target perusahan adalah zero downtime.Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan Fault Trees Analysis (FTA). unit yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah unit pemisah fluida (separator) dan berdasarkan frekuensi kerusakan tertinggi terpilih unit separator, dengan komponen LCV,PCV,Daniel orifis, Barton,internal part. Hasil penerapan metode FTA didapat dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner penyebab kegagalan unit separator yaitu kegagalan LCV dan Daniel orifis dengan probabilitas kegagalan 0,3316 dan 0,7334. Untuk probabilitas penyebab kegagalan tertinggi adalah operator tidak melakukan pengecekan mesin sebesar 0,30, sehingga disarankan dilakukannya pelatihan untuk operator. Sedangkan hasil penerapan metode RCM diperoleh pilihan tindakan perawatan pada komponen unit yang terdiri dari; 2 kategori Condition Directed (CD) yaitu internal part dan barton, dan 3 kategori Time Directed (TD) yaitu LCV,PCV dan Daniel Orifis. Berdasarkan kategori Time Directed (TD) diperoleh usulan interval untuk penggatian komponen secara berkala guna mangantisipasi terjadi nya downtime.
