Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate Differences of Employability Skills between High and Vocational School students at Utan Kayu Jakarta. Quantitative method and random sampling was used, with total n = 255. Employability Skills was measured using SCANS ES Tools adaptation, which consist of 24 items. SPSS version 20.0 was used to analyze Independent T-Test differences test to see the differences between High and Vocational School as independent variable and Employability Skills as dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant differences between Employability Skills between High and Vocational School students at Utan Kayu Jakarta Timur, with F score = 9.120. Keywords: Employability Skills, SMA, SMK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Perbedaan Employability Skills pada Siswa SMA dan SMK di wilayah Utan Kayu Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan total n = 255 dengan metode random sampling. Employability Skills diukur dengan menggunakan adaptasi dari SCANS ES Tools yang terdiri dari 24 item. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.0 untuk menganalisis uji beda Independent T-Test untuk melihat perbedaan antara, SMA dan SMK sebagai variabel independen dan Employability Skills sebagai variabel dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Employability Skills pada Siswa SMA dan SMK di Wilayah Utan Kayu Jakarta Timur, dengan nilai F = 9.120.
