Abstract

Public open space has several functions such as a forum for social and cultural activities of the community in the area of the city / region, citizen communication media, places of sports, recreation, objects of education, and research. social because these functions invite people to visit. However, it seems that the interest and awareness to use open space is still underutilized by the community or residents in the Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan, because often the open space area is empty of visitors who come or perhaps visitors feel less comfortable with the open space area. The purpose of this study is to obtain information and identify user perceptions of comfort in the open space of the complex. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and data collection using a questionnaire with samples are visitors / users of open space Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan. The results show that overall user perceptions of the comfort of open space in the Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan have comfortable criteria. From the calculation of the average value, states that the average value of Accessibility (4.20), Security (4.10), Cleanliness (4.24), Form (3.85), Green Area (4.06) is in the comfort level class interval ≥ (3.40) which is included in the criteria of comfort. Then it can be concluded that the form factor has the smallest average value of 3.85, this can cause visitors to be disinterest in open space in the Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan. Keywords: Open Space, Perception, Comfort, Housing Ruang terbuka publik memiliki beberapa fungsi seperti wadah aktifitas sosial budaya masyarakat dalam wilayah kota/kawasan,media komunikasi warga, tempat olahraga, rekreasi, objek pendidikan, dan penelitian, setidaknya ruang terbuka tersebut bisa digambarkan menjadi suatu tempat yang ramai karena banyaknya pengunjung yang dapat beraktivitas sosial karena fungsi-fungsi ini lah yang mengundang kerumunan orang untuk berkunjung. Namun, sepertinya minat dan kesadaran untuk menggunakan ruang terbuka masih kurang dimanfaatkan masyarakat atau warga di Perumahan Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan, karena sering kali area ruang terbuka tersebut sepi akan pengunjung yang datang atau mungkin pengunjung merasa kurang nyaman dengan area ruang terbuka yang telah disediakakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan mengidentifikasi persepsi pengguna terhadap kenyamanan di ruang terbuka Komplek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel adalah pengunjung/pengguna ruang terbuka Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan. Hasil menunjukan secara keseluruhan persepsi pengguna terhadap kenyamanan ruang terbuka di Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan memiliki kriteria nyaman. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata, menyatakan bahwa nilai rata-rata Aksesbilitas (4,20), Keamanan (4,10), Kebersihan (4,24), Bentuk (3,85), Area Hijau (4,06) berada pada interval kelas tingkat kenyamanan ≥(3,40) yang termasuk dalam kriteria nyaman. Maka dapat disimpulkan faktor bentuk memiliki nilai rata rata yang paling kecil sebesar 3,85 hal ini dapat menyebabkan ketidaktarikan pengunjung terhadap ruang terbuka di Komplek DPR RI Kemanggisan.
