Abstract
Business in information technology services is not uncommon to find the function of project monitoring and employee performance measurement of the fulfillment of the project activity. This oversight functionality is important to support the success of project implementation and the measurement using performance result can describe the implementation of targets and objectives. The presence of supervision and result perfromance can motivate employees to work more optimally to achieve the target set that supports the smoothness of the project. According to the slogan, "If you can measure it, we can manage it, if you can manage it, we can achieve it!" then application for measuring employee performance was created. For people to manage theirs activities and achieve company goals. The measurement process becomes open to every employee while maintaining each privacy. Keywords: Monitoring, Performance Result, Employee Performance 3 Bisnis di jasa teknologi informasi tidak jarang ditemukan fungsi pengawasan proyek dan pengukuran kinerja karyawan terhadap pemenuhan aktivitas proyek tersebut. Fungsionalitas pengawasan ini penting demi menunjang keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan proyek serta adanya pengukuran menggunakan performance kinerja karyawan dapat menjabarkan melalui pelaksanaan target dan tujuan. Adanya pegawasan dan nilai performance ini dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih optimal dalam mencapai target yang ditetapkan untuk mendukung kelancaran proyek. Sesuai slogan, "Jika kamu bisa mengukurnya, kita bisa mengelolanya. Jika kamu bisa mengelolanya, kita bisa mencapainya!", maka aplikasi pegukuran kinerja karyawan dibuat untuk mengelola aktivitas karyawan, mengawasi jalannya proyek dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan membuat proses pengukuran menjadi terbuka untuk setiap karyawan dengan tetap melndungi privasi masing-masing.
