Abstract
This research is to know influence and conflict of work to teacher performance. The object of this research is the performance of SMK SATRIA Srengseng West Jakarta teacher. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is regression analysis in the form of SPSS. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously, the compensation and work conflict variables on teacher performance in SMK SATRIA Srengseng West Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results (test f) and partial test results (t test) also showed significantly from three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the results of positive and significant tests on the challenges, work conflicts, and performance of teachers in SMK SATRIA Srengseng West Jakarta. Keywords: Work Compensation, Conflict, and Performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Objek penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru SMK SATRIA Srengseng Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dalam bentuk SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK SATRIA Srengseng Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi, konflik kerja, dan kinerja guru di SMK SATRIA Srengseng Jakarta Barat. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Konflik Kerja, dan Kinerja Guru.
