Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) to analyze the effect of free cash flow to firm value. (2) the effect of capital structure to firm value. (3) the effect of return on asset to firm value. The object in this study is companies listed in Indeks LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the periode 2014-2016. Based on predefined criteria obtained a sample of 78 companies. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data drawn by the method of documentation by accessing the site idx.co.id, sahamok.com and the other officially website. Analysis tools in this study is used multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. The results of this study indicate that free cash flow has no effect to the firm value, the capital structure has no effect to the firm value and return on asset has positif and significant effect to the firm value. Keywords: Free Cash Flow (FCF), Capital Structure (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Firm Value (Tobin’s Q). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh Free Cash Flow terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (2) Menganalisis Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (3) Menganalisis Return On Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Indeks LQ45 tahun 2014-2016 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 78 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id, finance.yahoo, dan situs resmi lainnya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa free cash flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan return on asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Free Cash Flow (FCF), Struktur Modal (DER) dan Return On Asset (ROA), Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q).
