Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between psychological well-being with self determination on finnal year employe class collage with academic prokrastination . Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with 258 subjects. Measuring tool in this research is psychological well-being scale based on psychological well-being dimension proposed by Ryff (1989), self determination scale compiled based on self-determination dimension proposed by Ryan and Deci (2002 and procrastination scale compiled based on dimensions of procrastination proposed by (Tuckman, 1991). Each scale has a reliability of 0.957 for psychological well-being, the value of reliability on the self-determination scale is 0.890 and the reliability value at procrastination is 0.906. The result of the research shows that the practical coefficient 0,729 with significance equal to 0,000 indicates the correlation between psychological wellbeing and self-determination on academic procrastination of final grade students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara psychological well-being dengan self determination pada prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa kelas karyawan tingkat akhir. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 258 orang. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini adalah skala psychological well-being yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi psychological well-being yang dikemukakan oleh Ryff (1989), skala self determination yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi self determination yang dikemukakan oleh Ryan dan Deci (2002 dan skala prokrastinasi yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi prokrastinasi yang dikemukakan oleh (Tuckman, 1991). Masing-masing skala memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0.957 untuk psychological wellbeing, nilai reliabilitas pada skala self determination adalah 0,890 dan nilai reliabilitas pada prokrastinasi adalah 0,906 Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai koefisiensi korelasi 0,729 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara psychological well-being dan self determination pada prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa kelas kayawan tingkat akhir.
