Abstract

In the college period, there are activities called job training. In job training, students can get a lot of knowledge related to the world of work, so that students can be more mature when they work. In job training carried out by the author at Pustekkom, the author wanted to share his experiences during the author's work there. At Pustekkom, the author was taught various kinds of things, such as the use of software, good attitude, and responsibility. In addition, the author also practices the knowledge the writer has got in college to do the tasks given by Pustekkom. From the results of this experience, the author feels that job training is very beneficial for students, especially students who are ready to enter the workforce. Keywords: Job Training, Design, Pustekkom Dalam masa perkuliahan, terdapat kegiatan yang bernama kerja praktek. Dalam kerja praktek, para mahasiswa dapat memperoleh banyak pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan dunia kerja, sehingga para mahasiswa dapat lebih matang saat sudah bekerja. Dalam kerja praktek yang dilakukan oleh penulis di Pustekkom, penulis ingin membagikan pengalaman selama penulis kerja praktek disana. Di Pustekkom, penulis diajari berbagai macam hal, seperti penggunaan software, bersikap yang baik, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, penulis juga mempraktekkan ilmu yang telah penulis dapatkan di perkuliahan untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh Pustekkom. Dari hasil pengalaman ini, penulis merasa bahwa kerja praktek ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa, terutama mahasiswa yang telah siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja.
