Abstract
In the concept of supply chain, suppliers are one of the most important and influential parts of factory’s continuity. A healthy and efficient company doesn’t matter much if the supplier is unable to produce good quality of materials or unable to deliver materials on time.. Nutech Pundi Arta is a company engaged in the field of automotive interior industry. This company deals directly with some suppliers on hardboard material. During this companies often experience problems related to the performance of suppliers such as delivery delays and quality mismatches that have been agreed by the company. Assessment of supplier performance is important to do in PT Nutech Pundi Arta so that supplier performance can be controlled and improved so it does'nt disrupt the continuity of the company's production. The purpose of this research is to identify and determine the weight of criteria and subcriteria of supplier performance and to get supplier performance rating using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The result of the criteria weight were quality (0.20402), cost (0.15984), delivery (0.20764), flexibility (0.13405), responsiveness (0.15272). The result of subcriteria weight were the amount of Goods Reject (0.107413), Provide Guarantee (0.096631), Price Comparable to Quality (0.082268), Payment Method (0.077577), Accuracy of Delivery Schedule (0.103488), Accuracy of Goods Sent (0.104156), Change of Order Volume (0.070584), Change of Delivery Time (0.063471), Response Speed to Complaint (0.079474), Ease of Contact (0.073248). The results of performance assessment of hardboard material suppliers that obtained from the highest order to the lowest are PT. RMA (0.050053), PT. A (0.047198), PT. GCI (0.04444). Keywords: Supply Chain, Supplier Performance , ANP, Hardboard Dalam konsep supply chain, supplier merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup suatu pabrik. Sebuah perusahaan yang sehat dan efisien tidak banyak berarti apabila pemasoknya tidak mampu menghasilkan bahan baku yang berkualitas atau tidak mampu memenuhi pengiriman tepat waktu. PT. Nutech Pundi Arta merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri interior otomotif. Perusahaan ini berhubungan langsung dengan beberapa supplier pada material hardboard. Selama ini perusahaan sering mengalami permasalahan terkait kinerja supplier seperti keterlambatan pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas yang telah disepakati oleh perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja supplier penting dilakukan di PT Nutech Pundi Arta agar kinerja supplier dapat dikontrol dan ditingkatkan sehingga tidak menganggu kelancaran produksi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria kinerja supplier serta mendapatkan peringkat kinerja supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil bobot kriteria adalah quality (0.20402), cost (0.15984), delivery (0.20764), flexibility (0.13405), responsiveness (0.15272). Hasil bobot subkriteria aalah Jumlah Barang Reject (0.107413), Memberikan Garansi (0.096631), Harga Sebanding dengan Kualitas (0.082268), Cara Pembayaran (0.077577), Ketepatan Jadwal Pengiriman (0.103488), Ketepatan Jumlah Barang yang Dikirim (0.104156), Perubahan Volume Pemesanan (0.070584), Perubahan Waktu Pengiriman (0.063471), Kecepatan Respon Terhadap Komplain (0.079474), Kemudahan dalam Menghubungi (0.073248). Hasil penilaian kinerja supplier material hardboard didapatkan dari urutan yang tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu PT. RMA (0.050053), PT. A (0.047198), PT. GCI (0.04444).
