Abstract
This study aims to prove the hypothesis that there is a relationship between adversity quotient with achievement motivation on bullying victims of high school student. The subjects of this study is high school students who were indicated as victims of bullying in the past year. This study was carried out with a quantitative approach, and the sampling method with purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 students consisting of 65 female students and 35 male students. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between adversity quotient and achievement motivation, the value obtained from the test results 0.582 with a significance value 0.000 which shows the relationship between adversity quotient and achievement motivation on bullying victims. Keywords : Adversity Quotient, Achievement Motivation, Bullying Victims Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikkan hipotesis bahwa ada hubungan antara hubungan adversity quotient dengan motivasi berprestasi pada korban bullying siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas yang terindikasi menjadi korban bullying dalam satu tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 65 orang siswa perempuan dan 35 orang siswa laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan motivasi berprestasi, nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi adalah 0.582 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan motivasi berprestasi pada korban bullying.
