Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of authentic personal branding andpsychological well-being on the service quality of cleaning service PT. ISS Indonesia at Puri Indah Mall Jakarta. This research approach using quantitative method with regression technique. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The number of research subjects is 160 sales assistant boutique X in Jakarta. Data processing using the program SPSS 23.0. data analysis to test simple linear regression and multiple linear regression hypothesis. Results showed that authentic personal branding influence to service quality with R2 0.003, while psychological well-being influence to service quality with R2 0.747. simultaneously, there are positive and significant influence of authentic personal branding and psychological well-being with R2 0.586. Then is concluded that there is influence between authentic personal branding and psychological well-being to service quality Keywords: authentic personal branding, psychological well-being, service quality Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh authentic personal branding dan psychological well-being terhadap kualitas layanan cleaning service PT. ISS Indonesia area Mall Puri Indah Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah subyek penelitian ini yaitu 160 cleaning service PT. ISS Indonesia area Mall Puri Indah Jakarta. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa authentic personal branding berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.003 sementara psychological well-being berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.747. secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh authentic personal branding dan psychological well-being terhadap kualitas layanan dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 sebesar 0.586 maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara authentic personal branding dan psychological well-being terhadap kualitas layanan.
