Abstract

This research to Disclosure of CSR in Sharia Bank. The independent variable used in this research is the Influence Analysis of Good Corporate Governance. The object of this study is the sharia commercial bank in Indonesia which has been registered with Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority in 2012-2016. This research was conducted by using quantitative descriptive approach with total sample of 35 data. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially Managerial Share Ownership variables have a significant effect on CSR. The variable of the Board of Commissioners and the Sharia Supervisory Board has no effect on the profitability of CSR. Keywords: CSR, Managerial Ownership, Board of Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengungkapan CSR pada Bank Syariah. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance. Objek penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah di Indonesia yang telah terdaftar di Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 data. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kepemilikan Saham Manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CSR. Kemudiah variabel Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas CSR. Kata kunci: CSR, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Pengawas Syariah
