Abstract
Discipline and motivation are directly related to employee performance. Discipline and motivation perceived directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel motivated and disciplined towards the work earned will have an impact on improving the performance of a company as a whole. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Multilab Adisurya Mandiri. Researchers collected data through questionnaires distributed and implemented on 53 employees of PT. Multilab Adisurya Mandiri using Sampling method saturated. For data processing the researchers tested statistics using the PLS program (Partial Least Square). The result of data analysis shows that the discipline has no effect on employee performance and motivation have positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation and Performance Disiplin dan motivasi sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Disiplin dan motivasi yang dirasakan langsung oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan kinerja ataupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa termotivasi dan disiplin terhadap pekerjaan yang diperoleh akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja suatu perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Multilab Adisurya Mandiri. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 53 karyawan PT. Multilab Adisurya Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode Sampling jenuh. Untuk pengolahan data peneliti menguji statistik menggunakan program PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi dan Kinerja
