Abstract
Innovations in the ever increasing and varied construction world, with the aim offacilitating and accelerating the execution time in the project. One of the innovations in the construction today is theprecast methods. Perumnas tries to innovate in the method of execution of work by using precast method inproject implementation especiallyfor wall work Theproblems obtained Perumnas that there are still done the work of trial and error, human resources don't understand the precast method, don't have measurement of the level of work effectiveness and labor productivi ty, and job delays. Besides, there is not too much socialization to the general public about the work of precast method, so ii is necessary to recognize the stages of the work of the implementation ofprecast to the general public. Based on the result of labor productivity level analysis by observation using work sampling method with labor utilizationfactor (LUF) approach obtained stages of the implementation of precast work including the work of installation of reinforcement, setting molding, production work, erection work, and installation work. The level of labor productivity effectiveness at thestage ofjob of installationof reinforcement equal to 69,68%, work setting molding equal to 74,07%, and casting equal to 69,59%. From the level of productivity effectiveness of the work stages precast obtained the average laborproductivity value of the work of the installation of reinforcement is 15,81 kg/person-hour, setting molding is 11,67 m 'Iperson-hour and castingjob 2,59 m1I person-hour . Jnovasi pada dunia konstruksi yang semakin banyak dan bervariasi, dengan tujuan mempermudah dan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan dilapangan. Sa/ah satu inovasi pada dunia konstruksi saat ini adalah pekerjaan metode precast. Perumnas mencoba melakukan inovasi dalam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan metodeprecast dalam pelaksanaan diproyek terutama untuk pekerjaan dimling. Kenda/a yang dialami Perumnas yaitu masih dilakukan pekerjaan trial and e"or, sumber daya manusia yang kurang memahami metode precast, be/um adanya pengukuran tingkat efektivitas pekerjaan dan produktivi tas pekerja, dan keter/ambatan pekerjaan . Selain itu be/um ter/alu banyak sosialisasi kepada masyarakat umum tentang pekerjaan metode precast, sehingga perlu pengenalan tentang tahapanpekerjaan pelaksanaan precast kepada masyarakat umum. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat produklivitas pekerja dengan cara observasi menggunakan metode work sampling dengan pendekatan labor utilization factor (LUF) diperoleh tahapan pelaksanaan pekerjaan precast antara lain pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan setting molding, pekerjaan produksi, pekerjaan erection, danpekerjaan instalasi. Tingkat efeklivitas produklivitas pekerja pada tahapan pekerjaan pembesian sebesar 69,68%, pekerjaan setting molding sebesar 74,07%, danpengecoran sebesar 69,59%. Dari tingkat efeklivitas produklivitas tahapan pekerjaan precast didapatkan nilai produklivitas rata-ratapekerja untukpekerjaan pembesian sebesar 15,81 kg/orang-jam,pekerjaan setting molding sebesar 11,67 m '/orang-jam dan pekerjaan pengecoran sebesar 2,59 m2/orang jam.
