Abstract

Value is one important component in teaching and learning activities in schools that will be input into output is expected to be offset even develop each student's grades. The purpose of this research is to build an information system that facilitates pengcekan value and recording, the data report the value of computerized student. In addition to the web-based data information can be accessed anytime. This application uses consisting multiuser admin, teachers and students on the current log will open the application so that there is security program. This research has resulted in a processing system that helps the value of the work of the teachers and homeroom, Web-Based Information Systems that use assistive technologies such as PHP and the MySQL database to provide convenience for the admin in this case the class teacher / teachers and students to access the device through for any network connected to the Internet. This is done to build a system that helps in the processing and presentation of student data information. With the aim of processing the value that can be processed effectively and efficiently, so that it can directly access and information can be conveyed properly. Keywords: Systems, Information, Data Value, Web, PHP, MySQL Nilai merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah yang akan menjadi input output yang diharapkan dapat mengimbangibahkan mengembangkan nilai masing-masing siswa. Salah satunya adalah mulai mengukur penilaian hasil belajar siswa yang biasanya ditangani oleh masing-masing homeroom payau. Melakukan penilaian menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan pada proses dan hasil pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik subjek dan jurusan yang mereka pilih untuk memperoleh nilai informasi yang lengkap, dari cara nilai-nilai pengolahanya masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan program yang belum terintegrasi dengan database. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengolahan rapor di SMK PGRI 35 Jakarta Barat masih ditulis di buku rapor, dan pemberian nilai masih menggunakan media kertas, sehingga banyak waktu dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan untuk memproses nilai. Penelitian yang saya peroleh dari observasi, wawancara dan literatur, survey langsung kelapangan, dan wawancara dengan sekolah dan mencari buku di perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun suatu system informasi yang memudahkan pengcekan nilai dan pencatatan, data melaporkan nilai siswa yang terkomputerisasi. Selain itu informasi data berbasis web dapat diakses kapan saja. Aplikasi ini menggunakan multiuser yang terdiri dari admin, guru dan siswa pada saat ini log akan membuka aplikasi sehingga ada program keamanan. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan suatu system pengolahan yang membantu nilai kerja para guru dan walikelas, Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web yang menggunakan teknologi bantu seperti PHP dan database MySQL untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dalam halini guru kelas / guru dan siswa untuk mengakses perangkat melalui jaringan apapun yang terhubung ke Internet. Ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem yang membantu dalam pemrosesan dan penyajian informasi data siswa. Dengan tujuan mengolah nilai yang dapat diproses secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat langsung mengakses dan informasi dapat disampaikan dengan baik.
