Abstract

The use of Information Technology (IT) in the system of work by various types of companies or organization aims to improve performance, achieve the objectives and targets, and improve competitive advantage organization. PT. Abhimata Persada in conducting business activities to establish cooperation relationships with other parties either with customers or vendors to meet the needs of goods and services. The cornerstone of such cooperation is poured into the "agreement". With so many transactions it often makes the process of knowing transaction information takes a long time. Especially if there is a problem such as the document deal sought even lost. To overcome this, it takes an application to monitor the agreement which will be stored in the form of digital files. Key Word : contract, vendor, customer Pemanfaatan Information Technology (IT) dalam sistem kerja oleh berbagai jenis perusahaan atau organisasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, mencapai tujuan dan sasaran, dan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. PT. Abhimata Persada dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya menjalin hubungan kerjasama dengan pihak lain baik dengan customer maupun vendor untuk memenuhi kebutuhan barang dan jasa. Landasan kerjasama tersebut dituangkan kedalam sebuah “perjanjian”. Dengan banyaknya perjanjian yang dimiliki sering kali membuat proses pencarian informasi perjanjian membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Apalagi jika terjadi masalah seperti dokumen perjanjian yang dicari terselip bahkan hilang.Untuk menanggulangi kendala tersebut, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi untuk memonitoring perjanjian yang nantinya akan tersimpan dalam bentuk file digital. Kata Kunci : Perjanjian,customer, vendor
