Abstract

This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work stress on performance of employees. The object of this research is the entire Fire Department Service Officer of Tanjung Duren West Jakarta amounted to 100 employees. These studies use non probability sampling. Data retrieval is done by means of questionnaires to respondents research spreads provide research. The data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Research results show that the positive effect of competence significantly to the performance of the employees of the Fire Department of Tanjung Duren West Jakarta. Job satisfaction the significant positive effect on performance Fire Service Officer of Tanjung Duren West Jakarta. Safety and occupational health of significant positive effect on performance Clerk on duty Fire Cape Duren West Jakarta. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Stress, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja,budaya organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren Jakarta Barat berjumlah 100 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner penelitian kepada responden dilokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren Jakarta Barat. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kebakaran Tanjung Duren Jakarta Barat. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren Jakarta Barat.
