Abstract

Mercu Buana University requires employees to fill existing needs. Therefore, an HR staff must have information about applicants entering the company so that employees who are accepted to work in accordance with the required criteria. In the current system, HR staff need a long time to collect information about incoming registrants, so the selection process does not really have high objectivity because time and energy are wasted when collecting information. Therefore, the author makes a solution to the above problem, which is making the design of an information system application for employees based on web e-recruitment "using the Waterfall Method, to help users find potential employees in accordance with the required criteria. The problem in this system is that a large number Incoming applications make it difficult for HR staff to store applicants' data every day so that application archives accumulate and are not structured, and when HR staff want to find data from applicants needed, staff must open a stack of application archives and review them one by one. Mercu Buana wants a web-based application that can assist them in managing applicant data and make it easier for them to find applicant data as needed. Keywords: e-recruitment, waterfall, human resources. Universitas Mercu Buana mewajibkan karyawan untuk mengisi kebutuhan yang ada. Oleh karena itu, seorang staf HR harus memiliki informasi tentang pelamar yang memasuki perusahaan sehingga karyawan yang diterima bekerja sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Dalam sistem saat ini, staf HR memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang pendaftar yang masuk, sehingga proses seleksi tidak benar-benar memiliki objektivitas yang tinggi karena waktu dan energi terbuang ketika mengumpulkan informasi. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat solusi untuk masalah di atas, yaitu membuat desain aplikasi sistem informasi untuk karyawan berdasarkan web e-recruitment "menggunakan Metode Waterfall, untuk membantu pengguna menemukan calon karyawan sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. masalah dalam sistem ini adalah bahwa sejumlah besar aplikasi masuk menyulitkan staf SDM untuk menyimpan data pelamar setiap hari sehingga arsip aplikasi menumpuk dan tidak terstruktur, dan ketika staf SDM ingin mencari data dari pelamar yang dibutuhkan, staf harus membuka tumpukan arsip aplikasi dan tinjau satu per satu .Maru Buana menginginkan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengelola data pemohon dan memudahkan mereka untuk menemukan data pemohon sesuai kebutuhan.
