Abstract

Title: Alternative Project Scheduling Using PDM Method (Precedence Diagram Method) By Applying Microsoft Project, Name: Lusi Astuti, Nim: 41116120016 Supervisor: Yunita Dian Suwandari. ST, MT, 2018. Construction projects are work activities that have unique characteristics that are not repeated in other projects, this is due to the condition of a construction project that is different from each other. For project scheduling, certain techniques and methods are needed, one of which is the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). In PDM, having job dependency relations FF (finish to finish), FS (finish to start), SF (start to finish) and SS (start to start) this work relationship can determine the project's implementation time effectively by applying it to MS software Project. The purpose of this research is to find out the length of time the project is carried out and the critical path of the project using PDM by applying Ms. Project. Data obtained from primary data obtained from the project in the form of time schedule, bill of quantity, monthly project reports, field surveys, and conducting interviews with field leaders, and secondary data obtained from the results of literature studies in the form of journals, literature and data from institutions concerned with research. this, this research is descriptive and uses analysis with the help of Microsoft projects. The results of this study are the implementation of the project after being analyzed using Microsoft project obtained the implementation time is 740 days, while the initial schedule for 780 days there is a deviation of 40 days, and the critical path is in the bottom structure work, tower I upper structure on the floor plate and column 3 to the 5th floor, tower T on the 3rd floor and 10th floor plates and columns, and the architect's work takes place on tower T namely GF floor wall work, door work from the 3rd floor to the 20th floor, ceiling, floor and sanitary on 3rd floor. Proyek konstruksi merupakan aktifitas pekerjaan yang memiliki karakteristik unik yang tidak berulang pada proyek lainnya, hal ini disebabkan oleh kondisi suatu proyek konstruksi berbeda satu sama lain, Untuk penjadwalan proyek diperlukan teknik dan metode tertentu salah satunya yaitu Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). Dalam PDM, memiliki hubungan ketergantungan pekerjaan FF (finish to finish), FS (finish to start), SF (start to finish) dan SS (start to start) hubungan pekerjaan ini dapat mengetahui lama waktu pelaksanaan proyek secara efektif dengan mengaplikasikan ke software MS Project. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui lama waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan lintasan kritis proyek menggunakan PDM dengan mengaplikasikan Ms. Project. Data yang diperoleh data primer didapatkan dari proyek berupa time schedule, bill of quantity, laporan bulanan proyek, survey lapangan, dan melakukan wawancara dengan pemimpin lapangan, dan data sekunder didapat dari hasil studi pustaka berupa jurnal, literature dan data dari lembaga yang berkepentingan dengan penelitian ini, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis dengan bantuan Microsoft project. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan proyek setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Microsoft project didapatkan lama waktu pelaksanaan yaitu 740 hari, sedangkan jadwal awal selama 780 hari terjadi deviasi sebesar 40 hari, serta lintasan kritis terdapat di pekerjaan struktur bawah, struktur atas tower I pada plat dan kolom lantai 3 sampai dengan lantai 5, tower T pada plat dan kolom lantai 3 sampai lantai 10, dan pekerjaan arsitek terjadi pada tower T yaitu pekerjaan dinding lantai GF, pekerjaan pintu dari lantai 3 sampai dengan lantai 20, plafond, lantai dan sanitary pada lantai 3.
