Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional leadership and the provision of incentives on the performance of employees in the PT. Pos Indonesia head office in West Jakarta. The population in this study were employees of the PT. Pos Indonesia West Jakarta head office which is 128 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 96 employees. Sampling method using Convenience Sampling. Methods Data analysis in this study uses Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Giving Incentives and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian antaran PT. Pos indonesia kantor pusat Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian antaran PT. Pos Indonesia kantor pusat Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 128 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Pemberian Insentif dan Kinerja Karyawan
