Abstract

In a material selection building, it is very important to pay attention, because material selection can affect the strength of the structure, project budget and others. Here the author will compare the use of material on the floor plate Office / Office Project PT. Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM) in the Bekasi area, namely the use of bondek and hebel materials. More comparisons on the effect on the dimensions of structural elements such as beams, on prices and work time. By using ETABS software version 9.7.4 the author will model and calculate the comparison that occurs. By modeling each structure using a different mterial. The results that will be obtained are earthquake force, shear force, moment, axial force. These styles affect the dimensions of the beam and column, which of course affects the price. From there we can compare which is better to apply to the structure. Keywords : bondek and hebel. Dalam sebuah bangunan pemilihan material adalah hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan, karena dari pemilihan material dapat mempengaruhi kekuatan struktur, anggaran proyek dan lain-lain. Disini penulis akan membandingkan penggunaan material pada plat lantai Proyek Kantor/Office PT. Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM) di daerah Bekasi, yaitu penggunaan material bondek dan hebel. Perbandingan lebih pada pengaruh terhadap dimensi elemen struktur seperti balok, terhadap harga dan waktu pengerjaan. Dengan menggunakan sofware ETABS versi 9.7.4 penulis akan memodelkan dan menghitung perbandingan yang terjadi. Dengan memodelkan masing-masing struktur mrnggunakan mterial yang berbeda. Hasil yang akan didapatkan adalah gaya gempa, gaya geser, momen, gaya aksial. Gaya-gaya tersebut berpengaruh pada dimensi balok dan kolom, yang tentu saja berpengaruh pada harga. Dari sana kita dapat membandingkan mana yang lebih baik untuk di terapkan pada struktur. Kata kunci : bondek dan hebel.
