Abstract

Communication is a very important requirement at this time. With the technology of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) converts voice into data packets over an Internet network to exchange information and data. VoIP communication does not guarantee security for every data packet voice communications are carried out, with the result that allowing for the perpetration of wiretapping by someone who does not have the authority to communications made. Prevention of wiretapping by implementing protocols ZRTP. After implementation of the protocol ZRTP, will be tested by wireshark, to know the voice is still abble to be tapped or not. for performance on VoIP security testing and measurement of parameters of QoS (Quality of Service) is delay, jitter, and packet loss on VoIP both before and after using ZRTP protocols. By using data previously retrived from wireshark. From the results of the implementation and testing of VoIP protocols ZRTP is able to secure the data obtained from wiretaps. In VoIP with no security system and VoIP with ZRTP has a delay, jitter, and packet loss that is smaller than the VoIP with ZRTP.. Keyword : VoIP, QoS, ZRTP. Abstrak – Komunikasi merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting pada saat ini. Dengan teknologi VoIP (Voice over internet protocol) yang dapat mengubah suara menjadi paket data melalui sebuah jaringan internet untuk saling bertukar informasi dan data. Komunikasi VoIP tidak menjamin keamanan terhadap paket data di setiap komunikasi suara yang dilakukan, sehingga memungkinkan untuk dilakukannnya penyadapan oleh seseorang yang tidak memiliki wewenang terhadap komunikasi yang dilakukan. Penanggulangan dari penyadapan dengan mengimplementasikan protokol ZRTP. Setelah dilakukannya implementasi protokol ZRTP pengujian dilakukan menggunakan wireshark, untuk mengetahui apakah suara masih bisa untuk disadap atau tidak. Untuk mengetahui kinerja pada VoIP dilakukan pengujian perfomansi parameter QoS (Quality of Service) yaitu Delay, Jitter, dan Packet loss pada VoIP baik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan protokol ZRTP. Dengan menggunakan wireshark data yang lewat akan di capture. Dari hasil implementasi dan pengujian VoIP dengan protokol ZRTP ini didapatkan mampu mengamankan data dari penyadapan. Dari hasil pengukuran parameter QoS pada VoIP dengan tanpa sistem keamanan dan VoIP dengan ZRTP memiliki delay, jitter, dan packet loss yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan VoIP dengan ZRTP.
