Abstract

The development of employee training in the internal environment of PT. Mahakam Beta Farma demands Production GMP Compliance division to organize the data and also the training schedule organized by the production department whereby the person in charge of the management of this training is Production GMP Compliance division. The timing of the scheduling, the announcement of the training participants, and the information about the score of the evaluation result of the training itself is still manually, so it is the writer’s idea to conduct the research on the internal training. This research produces a web-based application that is used to assist the data processing of training schedule by using priority scheduling algorithm, where the training that has the highest priority will be run first. This study resulted in the conclusion that the training data being managed using the application is easier to be accesed and can provide information to the training participants. In addition, this application also helps the Production GMP Compliance division in managing training data. Keywords: Scheduling, Training, Priority Scheduling, information, data processing ABSTRAK Perkembangan training karyawan di lingkungan internal produksi PT. Mahakam Beta Farma menuntut divisi Production GMP Compliance untuk mengatur data dan juga jadwal training yang diselenggarakan oleh departemen produksi, dimana yang menjadi penanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan training ini adalah divisi Production GMP Compliance. Saat ini pembuatan jadwal, pengumuman peserta training, dan informasi mengenai nilai hasil evaluasi training itu sendiri masih sangat manual sehingga mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap training internal produksi tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pengolahan data training dan juga pengolahan jadwal training dengan menggunakan algoritma priority scheduling, dimana training yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi akan dijalankan terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa data training yang dikelola menggunakan aplikasi lebih mudah untuk diakses dan bisa memberikan informasi kepada peserta training(trainee). Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga membantu tim Production GMP Compliance dalam mengelola data training. Kata kunci : Penjadwalan, Training, Priority Scheduling, informasi, pengolahan data
