Abstract
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of leadership, work motivation, and compensation employee job satisfaction. Research has been done in PT. NSJ Jakarta. Data have been collected through questionnaires and short interviews. The population in this study was PT. NSJ Jakarta employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probablity Sampling with cencus method. Samples were 55 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression and the data have been processed by using statistical method with SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results reveal that leadership, work motivation, and compensation have significant and positive effects on employee satisfaction. Based on field condition, this research gives constructive recommendations to improve employee job satisfaction through the leadership, work motivation, and compesation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. NSJ Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. NSJ Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara singkat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. NSJ Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probablitas dengan metode sensus. Sampel berjumlah 55 responden. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan data diolah dengan menggunakan metode statistik menggunakan SPSS 22.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan, penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi.
