Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction towards discipline work at SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The primary data were derived from questionnaire and the secondary data were from school statistics. The population of the research was all college teacher in SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on discipline work. Partially organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on discipline work. The most work motivation is powerfull variable of influence on discipline work. Keywords: organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, discipline of teacher work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuisoner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data sekolah. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode nonprobabilitas. Populasi berasal dari seluruh guru di SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Secara parsial budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang sangat kuat pengaruhnya terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja guru.
