Abstract

Information Systems is a fundamental requirement for each company or government agency. Information systems become an important component in the system being run. The purpose of this research is to make an application that simplify the management of ATM equipment that was initially managed to be computerized, but there are still deficiencies that require a long time in data management. Therefore a system that can help the process of managing ATM equipment in order to save time and produce accurate data. System development method used in this research is Waterfall Method which is done to develop product and service to be more innovative. The result of this research is the development and implementation of Management Information System of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) which has employees that valid as admin to manage inventory, procurement of goods and requested goods by area in need. Keywords: Information Systems, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Waterfall method Sistem Informasi merupakan kebutuhan mendasar bagi tiap perusahaan atau instansi pemerintahan. Sistem informasi menjadi suatu komponen penting dalam sistem yang dijalankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat aplikasi yang mempermudah dalam pengelolaan perlengkapan ATM yang pada awalnya di kelola sudah bersifat komputerisasi, tetapi masih terdapat didalamnya kekurangan sehigga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pengelolaan datanya. Oleh Karena itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan perlengkapan ATM agar dapat menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan data yang akurat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfallyang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan produk serta layanan agar lebih inovatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembangunan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Perlengkapan Mesin Anjungan Tunai (ATM) yang memiliki pegawai yang berlaku sebagai admin dapat mengelola persediaan barang, pengadaan barang dan permintaab barang oleh area yang membutuhkan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Mesin Anjungan Tunai (ATM), MetodeWaterfall.
