Abstract
The development of internet networks requires a network administrator to implement various topology schemes on the different networks location. It is intended to make each other enables to communicate in one area and monitor the use of traffic.This research aims at creating private network connection by insuring its security and distributing public address through algorithm routing static. Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) is utilized as the research method. Based on the implementation of EoIP tunnel network over IPSec, the researcher analysed the Quality of Service (QoS) for EoIP tunnel non-IPsec with EoIP tunnel over IPSec to find out the comparison. The Result revealed that EoIP tunnel over IPsec has troughput 93.04%, delay 1.43 ms, jitter 1.41 ms, and packet loss 0.43%. The data is fewer than the data of EoIP non-IPsec with troughput 94.85%, delay 1.39 ms, jitter 1.37 ms, and packet loss 0.52%. The differenciation caused by the encryption negotiation process during the network connected. Hopefully, this research has contribution to make user is easier to communicate in the local area and monitor the traffic use centrally. ABSTRAK Perkembangan jaringan internet yang semakin luas, menuntut seorang network administrator untuk dapat menerapkan berbagai skema topologi yang ada untuk di implementasikan pada jaringan yang berbeda tempat supaya dapat saling berkomunikasi dalam satu area serta termonitoring trafik penggunaannya. Melalui implementasi jaringan EoIP tunnel over IPSec dengan menerapkan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle), dengan tujuan menciptakan koneksi jaringan private yang terjamin keamanannya dan melakukan distribusi Public Address melalui algoritma routing static yang diterapkan. Disamping jaringan tunnel yang telah dibangun, peneliti melakukan analisa Quality of Service (QoS) untuk EoIP tunnel non IPsec dengan EoIP tunnel over IPSec untuk melihat perbandingannya. Dilihat dari hasil parameter QoS dalam layanan file sharing, EoIP tunnel over IPsec diperoleh troughput 93,04%, delay 1,43 ms, jitter 1,41 ms, dan packet loss 0,43%. Data tersebut lebih kecil daripada EoIP non IPSec dengan nilai troughput 94,85%, delay 1,39 ms, jitter 1,37 ms, dan packet loss 0,52%. Perbedaan pada IPsec, dikarenakan adanya proses negosiasi enkripsi selama jaringan itu terhubung. Penelitian ini, diharapkan memberi kemudahan user untuk dapat saling berkomunikasi secara lokal dan termonitoring trafik penggunaannya secara terpusat.
