Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan penerimaan karyawan di PT XYZ. Hal ini sangat penting bagi perkembangan perusahaan. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan, kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dengan kualifikasi yang memenuhi syarat juga semakin meningkat. Seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria syarat dan kemampuan antara lain: IPK, TOEIC, pemrograman, database, komunikasi, kerja sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan seleksi calon karyawan di PT XYZ. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 2 teknik algoritma, yaitu C4.5 dan naïve bayes. Dari hasil eksperimen diketahui bahwa algoritma C4.5 menghasilkan nilai precision sebesar 81.5%, recall sebesar 81.8%, accuration sebesar 81.8%. Sedangkan algoritma naïve bayes menghasilkan nilai precision sebesar 79.5%, recall sebesar 80%, accuration sebesar 80%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 lebih cocok digunakan di studi kasus ini karena karakteristik data dari data set yang setiap atributnya bersifat independent, tidak terpengaruh atribut yang lainnya. This is very important for the development of the company. Along with the growth of the company, the need for qualified human resources with qualifications is also increasing. The selection of new recruits is based on several criteria of requirements and abilities including: GPA, TOEIC, programming, database, communication, cooperation. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the company in the selection of prospective employees in PT XYZ. In this research used 2 algorithm technique, that is C4.5 and naïve bayes. From the experimental results, it is known that the C4.5 algorithm yields 81.5% precision value, 81.8% recall, 81.8% accuration. While the naïve bayes algorithm yields 79.5% precision value, 80% recall, 80% accuration. So it can be concluded that the C4.5 algorithm is more suitable for use in this case study because the data characteristics of the data sets that each attribute independent, not affected other attributes.
