Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on ethics in Psychology students in Mercu Buana University Meruya. Questionnaire is distributed to 150 subjects of active students regular 1 faculty of Psychology in Meruya Mercu Buana University. The results showed that emotional intelligence had positive effect on ethics (β = .890, p <.001). Emotional intelligence affects the ethics of 48.6% in psychology students at Mercu Buana University Meruya. Keywords: emotional intelligence, ethics Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap etika pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya. Kuesioner disebarkan ke 150 subjek mahasiswa aktif reguler 1 fakultas Psikologi di Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh positif terhadap etika (β=.890, p<.001). Kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap etika sebesar 48,6% pada mahasiswa psikologi di Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya. Kata kunci : kecerdasan emosi, etika
