Abstract
This study focused on self regulation learning, self efficacy, and academic procrastination for final grade employee college students at Mercu Buana University. The approach in this study is quantitative with non-experimental correlational methods through questionnaires distributed online and questionnaires directly to the subject. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with a total sample of 161 respondents. Research between self regulation learning and academic procrastination has a correlation coefficient r value of 0.307 and a sig value of 0.000 which indicates a relationship between self regulation learning and academic procrastination at the final grade employee class at Mercu Buana Menteng University. The research between self efficacy and academic procrastination has a r correlation coefficient of 0.334 and a sig value of 0.000 which indicates a relationship between self efficacy and academic procrastination at the final grade employee class at Mercu Buana Menteng University. Keywords: self regulated learning, self efficacy, final grade employee college students, academic procrastination Penelitian ini difokuskan pada self regulation learning, self efficacy, dan prokrastinasi akademis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Mercu Buana. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional non eksperimen melalui penyebaran kuisoner yang disebarkan secara online dan kuisioner secara langsung kepada subjek. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 161 responden. Penelitian antara self regulation learning dan prokrastinasi akademis memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,307 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara self regulation learning dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa kelas karyawan tingkat akhir di Universitas Mercu Buana Menteng. Penelitian antara self efficacy dan prokrastinasi akademis memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,334 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara self efficacy dengan prokrastinasi akademis pada mahasiswa kelas karyawan tingkat akhir di Universitas Mercu Buana Menteng.
