Abstract
The making of the video motion graphics is based on the author's unrest against the lack of awareness of motorcyclists with the completeness of the drive. So the necessary media socialization about the importance of comprehensiveness drive for motorcyclists. In the video motion graphics it contains about socialization as well as completeness of the recognition drive rules completeness drive and the existing penalties in the Act No. 22 of year 2009 about traffic and road transport. This video is made as simple as possible so that the information in the video can be easily understood by the audience. The making of these videos use adobe after effects to create motion graphics and combined with transition effects, sound effects, dubbing, and backsound. Video dissemination completeness drive is expected to be a reference to the young designers to make the paper better. With the completeness of dissemination video drive is expected to take effect for the community especially motorcyclists to care anymore about the importance of comprehensiveness drive for the salvation of himself and others. Key words: motion graphics, video socialization, motorcycles Pembuatan video motion graphics ini didasari oleh keresahan penulis terhadap kurangnya kesadaran pengendara sepeda motor dengan kelengkapan berkendaranya. Jadi diperlukan media sosialisasi tentang pentingnya kelengkapan berkendara bagi pengendara sepeda motor. Dalam video motion graphics ini berisi tentang sosialisasi pengenalan kelengkapan berkendara serta aturan-aturan kelengkapan berkendara dan sanksi-sanksi yang ada dalam Undang-Undang nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan. Video ini dibuat sesederhana mungkin agar informasi yang ada dalam video tersebut dapat dimengerti dengan mudah oleh audience. Pembuatan video ini menggunakan adobe after effects untuk pembuatan motion graphics dan digabungkan dengan efek transisi,dubbing, sound effect, dan backsound. Video sosialisasi kelengkapan berkendara ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi desainer-desainer muda untuk membuat karya yang lebih baik lagi. Dengan adanya video sosialisasi kelengkapan berkendara ini diharapkan dapat berpengaruh bagi masyarakat khususnya pengendara sepeda motor agar lebih peduli lagi akan pentingnya kelengkapan berkendara bagi keselamatan dirinya dan orang lain.
