Abstract
This research is aims to obtain quality human resources that are expected to include recruitment activities applicants. Cause, the results of data processing is very determine the information needed for decision making. For build the recruitment data processing and assessment data, then build the selection of applicants recursment with Weighted Product (WP) method. This method is chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. With this application, the built system can improve the process of selecting new recruits and assisting the company in making decisions to determine applicants a company. Keywords : Web Application,Recruitment, Jobs, Weighted Product. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas yang diharapkan antara lain melakukan kegiatan rekrutmenpelamar. Mengigat, hasil proses pengolahan data sangat menentukan informasi yang diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Untuk membangun pengolahan data rekrutmen dan data penilaian, maka berinisiatif untuk membangun seleksi rekturment pelamar dengan MetodeWeighted Product (WP). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, Dengan aplikasi ini, sistem yang dibangun dapat meningkatkan proses penyeleksian penerimaan pegawai baru dan membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pelamar di suatu perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Web, Rekrutmen,Lowongan Kerja, Weighted Product.
