Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION METHOD OF ASSEMBLY GEOFORCE SEGMENTAL RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION OF TOL DEPOK-ANTASARI The expansion of human resources in many town in Indonesia are rapid enough, especially in Java. Construction of Tol Depok-Antasari is one of the solution to fix the congestion problem that caused by the rapid growth of the population. As a connection between flyover there is an approach slab on each side. The approach slab is build by using geoforce segmental retaining wall that is the modular retaining wall that works for whitstand the soil pressure behind the panel, with helping the reinforcement of friction tie geosynthetic that gives a contribution toward tensile strength. The method that used in this report are observation method, interview method, descriptive method, and analys method. Implementation method of assembly geoforce segmental retaining wall are includes fabrication area preparation, install levelling pad, implementation of fabric filter, landfilling, implementation of strength, hoarding reinforcement and compaction. From the result of compaction analysis with sand cone, its obtained the average of compaction amount 101,8% that means the condition is overcompacted. Keywords : Implementation method, retaining wall, compaction METODE PELAKSANAAN PEMASANGAN GEOFORCE SEGMENTAL RETAINING WALL PADA PROYEK TOL DEPOK-ANTASARI Perluasan sumber daya manusia di banyak kota di Indonesia cukup cepat, terutama di Jawa. Pembangunan Tol Depok-Antasari adalah salah satu solusi untuk memperbaiki masalah kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat. Sebagai hubungan antara jalan layang ada oprit di setiap sisi. Pada oprit dibangun dengan menggunakan dinding penahan geoforce segmental yaitu dinding penahan modular yang berfungsi untuk mengatasi tekanan tanah di belakang panel, dengan dibantu perkuatan gesekan friction tie yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap kekuatan tarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam laporan ini adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode deskriptif, dan metode analisis. Metode pelaksanaan perakitan geoforce segmental retaining wall meliputi persiapan area fabrikasi, pemasangan leveling pad, implementasi filter kain, penimbunan, implementasi kekuatan, penimbunan penimbunan dan pemadatan. Dari hasil analisis pemadatan dengan kerucut pasir, diperoleh rata-rata jumlah pemadatan sebesar 101,8% yang berarti kondisi tersebut mengalami overcompacted.
