Abstract

ABSTRACT Mall Ciputra Jakarta is the one of the most famous malls in West Jakarta. The mall that became the center of the current activities into a building that has the attraction to be visited by many people from time to time, along with the development considering the many facilities owned in the building. The number of facilities in the building is very pronounced, with the size of a large and representative facilities, but the number of facilities in the building not a guarantee of comfort in it. Although it has been equipped with air conditioning (AC) with a large capacity and expensive, the steady still felt inside. As happened in one room building in Jakarta ciputra mall is foodlibrary, restaurant located on the 6th floor of this mall is less of visitors in appeal than other restaurants and when visiting one of the reasons they do not want to come back is a room that feels a bit hot that leads to the cool. The condition is quite apprehensive considering the mall ciputra is one of the mall destinations that never deserted visitors from time to time, should be in addition to the facilities are stout and spacious, thermal comfort should not be ruled out. A building has a function as the purpose when it was designed, giving to provide a sense of security (from nature and human interference / other creatures), as well as providing comfort. Being in a building we hope not to feel too hot. Here it can be seen that thermal comfort in the Ciputra Mall section of Jakarta is precisely in foodlibrary, thermal sensation felt by visitors will also be seen, then how far thermal comfort at the time of direct measurement in the field with thermal sensation felt by the users of the building. Here discussed the influence of openings orientation in Jakarta ciputra mall especially the foodlibrary part of this writing. Keyword: Comfort, Thermal, Perception, Building, Mall ABSTRAK Mall Ciputra Jakarta merupakan salah satu mall yang cukup terkenal yang berada di daerah Jakarta Barat. Mall yang mejadi pusat kegiatan sekarang ini menjadi bangunan yang sangat memiliki daya tarik untuk dikunjungi oleh banyak orang dari waktu ke waktu, seiring dengan perkembangan mengingat banyaknya fasilitas yang dimiliki dalam bangunan tersebut. Banyaknya fasilitas pada bangunan sangat terasa, dengan ukurannya yang luas dan representatif, namun banyaknya fasilitas yang ada dalam bangunan ternyata tidak menjamin kenyamanan didalamnya. Meskipun telah dilengkapi dengan pengkondisian udara (AC) dengan kapasitas besar dan mahal, kegerahan tetap dirasakan didalamnya. Seperti yang terjadi disalah satu ruangan bangunan di mall ciputra Jakarta yaitu foodlibrary, restoran yang terletak dilantai 6 mall ini sepi pengunjung di banding dengan restoran lainnya dan apabila berkunjung salah satu alasan kita tidak ingin datang kembali ialah ruangan yang terasa agak panas yang menyebabkan pengujung kegerahan. Kondisi tersebut cukup memprihatinkan mengingat mall ciputra adalah salah satu destinasi mall yang tidak pernah sepi pengunjung dari waktu kewaktu, sudah semestinya disamping fasilitas yang bayak dan luas, faktor kenyamaan termal tidak boleh dikesampingkan. Sebuah bangunan memiliki fungsi sebagaimana tujuan bangunan tersebut dirancang, memberikan untuk memberikan rasa aman (dari gangguan alam dan manusia/makhluk lain), serta memberikan kenyamanan. Berada di dalam bangunan kita berharap tidak merasa kepanasan. Disini yang dapat dilihat adalah kenyamanan termal pada bagian Mall Ciputra Jakarta yang tepatnya di foodlibrary, sensasi termal yang dirasakan oleh pengunjung juga akan dilihat, lalu sejauh mana kenyamanan termal pada saat pengukuran langsung di lapangan dengan sensasi termal yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna bangunan. Disini dibahas pengaruh orientasi bukaan di mall ciputra Jakarta khusunya bagian foodlibrary dari penulisan ini. Kata Kunci : Kenyamanan, Termal, Persepsi, Bangunan, Mall
