Abstract
ABSTRACT Flats as a new form of occupancy should be able to accommodate the social needs of the community that is to gather and interact with fellow .. Studies on the system of the circulation of the corridor room in the flat budha tzu chi 1 B-block aims to find out how the circulation patterns of existing corridor space in the house arrange budha tzu chi 1 block -B based on the technical guidance of Pu Pu0 No.05 / MRT / M / 2007. The study was conducted through a quantitative descriptive analysis that includes circulation and spatial analysis in accordance with the provisions, By comparing the DKI Jakarta Government Regulation Standards. The results of the study showed technically the circulation of the ladder was appropriate while the corridor area was not in accordance with the provisions set by Pumen No.05 / MRT / M / 2007 concerning good circulation. . Keywords: flats, circulation, corridors A B S T R A K Rumah susun sebagai bentukan baru dari hunian seharusnya dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan sosial masyarakat yaitu untuk berkumpul dan berinteraksi dengan sesama..Kajian tentang sistem sirkulasi ruang koridor pada rumah susun budha tzu chi 1 blok-B bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola sirkulasi ruang koridor yang ada pada rumah susun budha tzu chi 1 blok -B berdasarkan pedoman tekhnis Permen Pu No.05/MRT/M/2007. Studi dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu meliputi analisi sirkulasi dan tata ruang sesuai ketentuan, Dengan membandingakn Standart Peraturan pemerintah DKI jakarta.hasil dari kajian menunjukan secara tekhnis sirkulasi tangga sudah sesuai sedangkan area koridor belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan Permen Pu No.05/MRT/M/2007 tentang sirkulasi yang baik.
