Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dan eksistensi diri mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Krisnadwipayana. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini, yakni menggunakan skala harga diri Rosenberg (1965) yang telah teradaptasi, dan alat ukur eksistensi diri menggunakan skala eksistensi diri yang di susun oleh Langle,dkk(2003). Masing masing skala memiliki reabilitas sebesar 0,514 untuk harga diri, 0,849 untuk eksistensi diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara harga diri dengan ekistensi diri, Sig (0,000)<α(0,05). Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,451.
