Abstract

This practical work report entitled "Operation Process And Maintenance Procedure On Filler And Pateurizer Machine In Canning Line In PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia”. PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk is engaged in the beverage making industry. The company has a mission to become an Indonesian beverage company which has a good reputation and is responsible with a portfolio of leading brands of beer and soft drinks. PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk produces beverages based on order request from costumer. At the stage of packaging process at PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk there are 3 parts packing process such as racking line, canning line, bottling line. In the process of canning (canning line) there are machines that play an important role for the canning process on the canning line of the Filler and Pasteurizer. The degradation of a production process can be judged from the performance of the machine, therefore the maintenance procedure on the Filler and Pasteurizer machine in the canning line is an important role in the performance of the machine. Maintenance procedures performed at PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk in Filler machine that consists in the period of every 8 hours, 24 hours, 200 hours, 500 hours, 1500 hours, 3000 hours, and 5000 hours of work, and on the Pasteurizer machine that consists in the span of every 16 hours, 80 hour, 300 hours, 2000 hours, 4000 working hours. in the period that has been mentioned is doing component-component repair activities on the machine.
