Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Musica Studio’s melalui variable Intervening Turnover Intention. Analisa stastistik mengunakan Inferesial yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan mengunakan data dengan survey terhadap karyawan/ti di PT. Musica Studio’s sebanyak 104 Responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kepemimpinan ternyata tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Turnover Intention, sedangkan Variabel Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Sedangkan Variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel kinerja, begitu juga Variabel iklim Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja, Variabel Turnover Intention tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Iklim Organisasi, Turnover Intention, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational Climate on turn over in employee performance at PT. Musica Studio’s with variable Interveing Turnover Intention. Inferential statistical analysis used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) by collecting data through a survey of staffs at PT. Musica Studio’s as much as 104 responden. The Research proved that Leadership Variable has unsignificant influence on Turn over Intention variabel; thus Climate Organizatinal variable not significantly influence on Turn over intention. Meanwile, leadership variable signifacntly influence on performance variable; so is Climate Organizational variable signicatly influence on Performance variable; Turn over Intention variable is not significant influence on Performance variable.
