Abstract
to reach the mobile network in Indonesia PT . Elabram Systems has more than 1000 employees who work with a variety of projects for customers and with each different location areas and the high mobility from one area to another area . For example with the example , an in a certain area are instructed to travel to various sites outside monitoring to its original home base ( ie original home base is in New York) , this information was originally obtained by a team of center assistants are certainly based on the results of the needs that have been instructed by the client to PT.Elabram Systems as an employment agreement ( the project ) for specific areas such project in the area of Borneo . After dilimpahkannya deal / project from this client PT.Elabram Systems provides to the internal project team , which consists of several employee / engineer therein . Employee of the project team that will travel to Borneo where all accommodations departure from the origin to the destination area has been prepared , from airline tickets, hotel / lodging , rental car / speed boat for operational purposes in the area . Approval processes are now the " homework " that is very time consuming because it is done using a special form that must be approved by the supervisor in the area (line manager / area manager , project manager ) to then be escalated to a supervisor that is in the center . The approval process can only be considered valid if the approval form has been approved by each party in hardcopy signatures . Now this just to get approval to do the delivery of documents to the regional center so it takes a long time so that funds for official travel longer liquid , as well as work deadlines also sometimes be backwards . Hopefully, by the system that created it is expected to facilitate and speed up the approval process and then the funds will be timely in so redeemed will expedite work deadlines that have been set . Untuk menjangkau jaringan selular di Indonesia PT. Elabram Systems memiliki lebih dari 1000 karyawannya yang bekerja dengan berbagai macam project untuk customers masing masing dan dengan area lokasi yang berbeda serta dengan mobilitas yang tinggi dari area satu ke area yang lain. Misal dengan contoh, seorang di suatu area tertentu mendapatkan instruksi melakukan perjalanan dinas untuk monitoring ke berbagai site diluar homebase aslinya (misal homebase asli adalah di Jakarta), pada awalnya informasi ini didapatkan oleh team assistant pusat yang tentunya berdasarkan hasil kebutuhan yang telah diinstruksikan oleh client ke PT.Elabram Systems sebagai suatu kesepakatan kerja (project) untuk area tertentu misal project di area Kalimantan. Setelah dilimpahkannya kesepakatan/project dari client inilah PT.Elabram Systems memberikan ke satu team project internal, dimana terdiri dari beberapa karyawan/ engineer didalamnya. Karyawan dari team project ini yang akan melakukan perjalanan ke Kalimantan dimana semua akomodasi pemberangkatan dari daerah asal ke daerah tujuan telah disiapkan, dari mulai tiket pesawat, hotel/penginapan , rental mobil/ speed boat untuk operasional di area tujuan. Proses approval inilah yang sekarang menjadi “pekerjaan rumah” yang sangat memakan waktu karena dilakukan menggunakan form khusus yang harus di setujui oleh atasan di area (line manager/ area manager, project manager) untuk kemudian dieskalasi ke atasan yang ada di pusat. proses approval ini baru dapat dinyatakan valid jika form approval sudah disetujui oleh masing masing pihak tandatangan dalam bentuk hardcopy. Sekarang ini untuk mendapatkan approval saja harus dilakukan pengiriman dokumen dari regional ke pusat sehingga sangat memakan waktu lama sehingga dana untuk perjalanan dinas lama cair, serta deadline pekerjaan juga terkadang menjadi mundur. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem yang dibuat ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat proses approval kemudian dana akan tepat waktu dalam pencairannya sehingga akan memperlancar deadline pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan.
